CMCC#83 Me=Grateful

Hello Again!

Today I am really excited to create a couple of cards for the Color Me Creative Challenge as they using my favourite color Wisteria Wonder. Why not head on over to their blog and check out the designers awesome cards.

This is such a beautiful soft color and looks perfect against the Whisper White.
On this card I have stamped the scroll from the Everything Eleanor stamp set onto back ground. Sentiment is from the Me=Grateful stamp set and stamped in Memento Black.
Hexagons are stamped from the stamp set Six Sided Sampler and punched using the matching Hexagon Punch.

Here I have stamped the Butterflies from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set randomly on to a piece of Vellum. Then I turned the piece over and stamped the sentiment from the set Happy Birthday Everyone in Stazon Black, layer onto a piece of White card stock then added a backing piece of Wisteria Wonder.

I hope you like these cards

Market Fresh

Hi All!

Well I can see it is going to be a nice lazy Tuesday morning and I thought I would do a quick post before I put a load of washing on (lucky for me this is the only housework I have to do today yippee).
I wanted to use the Market Fresh stamp set and I totally love this little bunch of grapes.
I have coloured using the Chameleon Pens again as we no longer have the Blendabilities available so these were a great alternative for blending as I am not real good at water colouring yet.
I know they say practice makes perfect and I will master the technique one day.

Here is my card for today, I hope you like it.

Just Add Ink #273 - Guy Greetings

Well hello again!

Today I wanted to make a card using the colours for the Just Add Ink Challenge

Why not head on over to their blog and check out the Designers awesome creations

I decided I wanted to make a man's card which can be quite difficult sometimes.
On this card I have used the Guy Greetings stamp set, listed below will be a full list of products used.
This is an Upright Z Fold

Measurements for base: 11 inch x 4 1/4 inch, with the 11"running at the top of your score board score at 5 1/2. Turn cardstock over and align the 11" at the top at the 1/4" mark an score at 3"

Back piece measurements:
One 5 1/4 x 4" Crumb Cake C/S
One 5" x 3 3/4" DSP

Front piece measurements:
One 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" Bermuda Bay C/S
One 4 1/4" x 3" Smoky Slate C/S
One 4" x 2 3/4" Whisper White C/S
Adhere the Bermuda Bay piece to the lower fold with Fast Fuse
Once you have stamped images onto your piece of Whisper White adhere to piece of Smoky Slate. Then using dimensionals adhere to the piece of Bermuda Bay so as to leave a gap to allow for the circle to go between the pieces.

Punch 2 pieces of Blackberry Bliss C/S using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch and adhere together using Tombow. This will make it a little stronger. Attach at the very top of the backing piece with a Brad or Eyelet.
Stamp your sentiment onto Vellum an adhere around the lower part of Z fold.

I hope you like this card

Timeless Love

Hi All!
Again it is a beautiful rainy day here, we don't get a lot of these day's out our way so we cherish each one. Nothing like the sound of it of the tin roof - very soothing.

Today I am playing with the set "Timeless Love" and have coloured using my new Chameleon Pens (they are awesome & refillable) which you can purchase through
Art By Jenny here in Australia.
Pop on over to her store, Jenny is fantastic to communicate with and is super speedy with postage.

I had fun using these markers to colour the flowers on this although I found the Yellow to be a bit bright it still turned out ok.
Background is created using the Lovely Lace TIEF onto Crumb Cake cardstock.
