Today I am having a quick play with the Global Design Project Challenge #21 

Yay a colour challenge!

For this card I have made it clean and simple (CAS)

Bloomin Heart - Bloomin Love - GDP019

Today over at the Global Design Project challenge blog the theme is Love.

On my card today I have used the Bloomin Heart Framelits with the Bloomin Love stamp set on an upright Z-Fold card.

The heart I have cut out on a piece of Vellum and coloured with the new Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Pen to add some shine. Then added White Perfect Accents to the flower centres.
