Hi All!
Yes am back and hopefully can get back into a normal routine with many adjustments having to be made here at home as I am now attending Tafe 2 days a week. Argh thought I would be too old to go back into an education facility but apparently you are never too old.
Today's card was so much fun to create and I will be alot more in the next few days. I love getting messy with my brayer - how about you?
Firstly take a sticky note and out a circle using the 1 3/4 circle punch. Lay this on a piece of Whisper White. With your brayer start adding your colour. I started with So Saffron all over piece then added Hello Honey till about 3/4 down. Pumpkin Pie was then added till half way down. Lastly use Cajun Craze about 1/4 of the top.
Tear a piece of copy paper to resemble mountains, lay this onto the brayered piece covering the circle nearly at the bottom of your project. Using Soft Suede brayer across the bottom. Then move the copy paper down a bit more then brayer using Early Espresso. Remove copy paper.
Add a touch of So Saffron with a sponge to the Circle.
Stamp your trees from the Lovely As A Tree stamp set over the mountains you have just created using Basic Black Archival Ink Pad.
Stamp the plane from the Sky Is The Limit stamp set using Basic Black Archival Ink Pad. Do this also with your sentiment on your backing piece of So Saffron.
Card base is Early Espresso cardstock.
Now remember the Sky Is The Limit stamp set you can still get for FREE when you spend $90. and is only available till the 14th February 2016.
So get your's today!
