Folding Box Card

Hi All!

I am sooo waiting for the new catalogue release that I have trying to keep my mind busy.
Today I made myself a birthday card - Folding Box Card, I did put a little too much into it as I can not close it properly to put in an envelope...Lucky it's for me lol

On this card I have used several different stamp sets and punches an there will be a full list at the end of this post.

I have curled (rolled) the flowers edges to make them a little puffy.

I hope you like this card, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Everything Eleanor

Hi All!

How was your weekend? Mine was awesome spending it with family.
This morning it is tad cold so I have got the fire going and am sitting here crafting away.
I am in a neutrals tone lately, just love the browns mixed with pale blues.

On this card I have used the technique of ink directly to paper by dragging the ink pad across the cardstock. First layer is Soft Sky next Crumb Cake last Tip Top Taupe.
Then I have stamped flourish from Everything Eleanor in Tip Top Taupe.
Sentiment from Butterfly Basics

I hope you like this card

Friendly Wishes - Serene Silhouettes

Hi All Again!

We spent yesterday celebrating my grand children's birthday's, Miss Mahlia turned 3 and Master Hamish turned 1. How awesome is it for siblings to share the exact day of birth. It was a wonderful day with family and friends.

Photo above is left one year ago, right last week

Here are my two cutie pies

Well enough of my family an get onto other important things.

So I am back today showing you again a different version of Friendly Wishes.

Here I have stamped in Craft White then once dry stamped just off a little to the right to create the shadow effect. I am loving this technique an you could use it with any stamp set.

I love how this turned out, I hope you like the card.

Card stock and ink is Baked Brown Sugar. Back ground is stamped with the same colour scheme using the Hardwood stamp.

Crazy Crafters Blog Hop - Sneak Peek 2015/2016 Annual Catalogue

Thank you for joining us for the Crazy Crafters May Blog Hop, this month we are showcasing some sneak peeks from the new 2015/2016 Annual Catalogue!
Our host for this hop is....Stephanie Fischer

We hope you enjoy our virtual hop where you will either learn great techniques for your paper crafting projects or just a chance to enjoy each of the ladies lovely creations! Be sure to click on the next button further down to continue your journey on this blog hop.

Today I am showing one of my favourite set's (so far) that are new. But I am sure I will have all new favourites that you will be able to view from the 2nd June, be sure to check back soon for some sneak peaks.

On this creation I am using Sprinkles of Life stamp set which Stampin Up donates $3.00 from every set sold towards the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Here I have made an Easel card because I wanted the rain drops to hang from the clouds which you can stamp then punch out using the coordinating Tree Builder punch.

The baskets with apples are also made using the stamp set and punch, aren't they just too cute. To create the basket you stamp the smallest ice-cream cone and trim down.

I hope you like this card and enjoy the rest of your journey through this blog hop.

Next on this hop is Stephanie Fischer

Friendly Wishes - Bokeh

Hi All!

Well yes I bring to you today "Friendly Wishes", it's such a gorgeous stamp set to play with and especially looks great on the Bokeh background. This technique is so easy to do after watching many Youtube tutorials lol.

Colours I have used for background are Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum and Coastal Cabana applied with the Stampin Up sponges. Circles are created using a piece of Window sheet and the Circles dies, random sizes. Sponge several circles with a dauber and Craft White ink. Sentiment is stamped using Memento Black.

I hope you like this card.

Be sure to come back tomorrow to check out the Crazy Crafters Sneak Peek Blog Hop.

2015/2017 In-Colors

Hi All!

Wow!! The new In-Colors are really nice, my favourite so far is Tip Top Taupe then Mint Macaron. Still getting used to the other three Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush & Delightful Dijon.
On these cards I have used Butterfly Basics, Petite Pairs stamp sets. Dotted Lace Ribbon in the new In-Colors and matching card stock used also.

To create the shadow effect stamp in Craft White let dry, then stamp using a stamp-a-ma-jig to line up just off to the right of the image in coordinating color of card stock you will be using.

You've Got This

Well we had a super busy weekend, how was your's?

I had part of the family turn up for Sunday roast (11 extra mouths to feed) but was awesome fun. After lunch the boys decided to take over my craft room so I couldn't get in to make a card till this morning. Oh and found out they don't like to clean up after themselves, as I am a bit OCD in my craft area was a bit daunting to walk in and bench was messy.

Today I have used "You've Got This" stamp set with Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron. Panel I have framed with the gorgeous new Watermelon Wonder lace ribbon.

I hope you like this card.

This is from left: Arlee, Quess & James

The boys and their first ever cards with a little direction from me :)

Arlee was happy just to stamp but Quess wanted to colour using the markers. James did his own thing (typical of him).

Floral Wings - Hostess Set

Hi All!

Yesterday I attended the Leeton Red Carpet Day at the Tourist information centre and it was a beautiful sunny day to have a market.
Well my regular lady I buy scented soy candles from has left the business and another lovely young lass - Jo Shubert from Arajoel Designs, please go on over and like her Facebook page.
I spoke to Jo about a scent I had previously bought and when I went to see her she had got in the essence just to make my Angel fragrance for me.
Jo gave me a free candle to try and I wanted to make her a thank you card.

Here I have used the new hostess set Floral Wings.

I am not a big fan of using Designer Series Paper and I loved that this set so much for the fact you can use the leafy stem as a border.

I hope you like this card.

Friendly Wishes

Hi Again!

Well it's day 4 of having some of the new products and I haven't stopped playing with them it's just too much fun, I soooooooo can't wait to order more!

This morning I have used Friendly Wishes again (I love this set).
Also getting to re-colour the Neutrals Collection DSP is becoming a favourite of mine.

On this card I re-coloured using Mint Macaron then stamped Something Lacy in Black Memento onto the Smoky Slate Neutrals Colour collection script.

On this card I also re-coloured but with Melon Mambo and stamped same image as in first card onto the Smoky Slate Neutrals Colour collection script.

To do this technique use a Brayer to re-colour the DSP

I hope you like these cards!
